Niale’s career began with a summer job at a small hotel in Ireland. Fascinated by the world of hospitality, he studied at Shannon College of Hotel Management and trained in Switzerland, England, and the US. In Asia, he gained valuable experience with Hilton, Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental.

After serving as corporate head of training & development for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Niale co-founded a training company (TSA Solutions), supporting upscale hotels across Asia and the Middle East. He developed training programs in leadership, sales, service, and teamwork, and his company became the market leader. His acclaimed sales training courses were adopted by many leading hotel companies, including Hilton, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, Swissotel, and Starwood. As a consultant and facilitator, Niale has personally served 30 major hotel groups.

As head of Learning & Advancement for Wynn Resorts in Macau, Niale developed groundbreaking employee engagement programs and award-winning leadership development courses. These programs resulted in higher morale, lower employee turnover, improved teamwork, and an uplift in service quality. Wynn Macau attained the most Forbes 5-Star awards of any resort worldwide and became the most profitable casino in the world. Wynn Palace became an immediate commercial success and gained Forbes 5-Star status in record time.

Fascinated by the human potential movement and dedicated to honing his craft, Niale has extensively studied human development modalities, such as Applied Kinesiology, Brain Gym, BrainSync, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Insight Principles, Theta Healing, Thought Field Therapy and The Finders Course.

Niale qualified as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation and The Avatar Program and is a certified Transformative Coach (SuperCoach Academy). He is also accredited in Team Management Systems and the Skills Deployment Inventory.
